For a long time, Markéta Zlesáková has dealt in her paintings with the theme of a window as a topographic space with almost unlimited room for imagination and colour. Her concept of vistas, seen from a room looking to the space outside, and from outside into an enclosed space, originated at the time of her graduation from the Academy of Fine Arts in 2006. The content ranges from a rural landscape of foothills in North Bohemia to the rainforest of Borneo. The connecting moments are the recollections, memory and its layers and colour. The exhibition in the pool gallery follows the previous contemporary art exhibitions (Michaela Maupicová, Pavel Holas).
